Operations Manager Vacancy

We are a thriving evangelical and charismatic Anglican Church, and you can be the person who ensures the efficient and effective running of our church and centre on a day-to-day basis under the leadership of our Executive Pastor. You will take responsibility for ensuring all users and volunteers are comfortable, safe, and enabled to deliver their activity and events in our Church Centre and the Church venues in a way that helps us achieve our vision.

For you to be right for the role we have, we need you to be:

- proactive, with a positive attitude
- a leader who naturally takes responsibility and has excellent project management skills
- able to support our staff and volunteer leaders to enable our church family to join in
- organised and take pride in efficiency and accuracy
- a strong communicator at all levels who is able to create strong relationships with all stakeholders
- a team player who enjoys collaboration whilst also demonstrating the ability to work independently
